Sales Manager - B2B (Cosmetics & Home Care)

We are supporting a leading multinational CDMO specialized in cosmetics and home care in the search for a Senior Sales Manager to join its commercial team in San José Iturbide, Guanajuato (Mexico). This is a high-impact, on-site position reporting directly to the LATAM Sales Head, designed for commercially driven professionals with a strong track record in B2B industrial markets. The role will lead the commercial interface with key clients, drive strategic negotiations, expand the project pipeline, and directly influence the regional P&L. Previous experience in companies supplying packaging, raw materials, or industrial services to the Beauty, Cosmetics, or Home Care sectors is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

· Serve as the primary commercial liaison for strategic clients

· Lead commercial strategy execution, including pricing negotiations and contract alignment

· Manage the sales budget and ensure full visibility of key performance indicators

· Drive new business development across clients, products, and projects, ensuring pipeline consistency and long-term revenue contribution

· Navigate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between client expectations and internal capabilities

· Analyze customer portfolio to inform prioritization, resource allocation, and growth potential

· Review and validate cost models based on global margin guidelines and market competitiveness

· Oversee project milestones and internal deliverables to secure timely, high-quality execution

· Consolidate commercial insights and translate performance data into actionable reporting for regional leadership

· Monitor market dynamics and translate emerging trends into strategic opportunities

· Strengthen client partnerships through proactive identification of upselling and innovation opportunities

· Ensure all commercial activities are conducted in compliance with quality standards and regulatory frameworks

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields

· Proven experience in industrial B2B companies serving the Beauty, Cosmetics, or Home Care sectors (packaging, ingredients, or specialized services)

· Demonstrated success managing global accounts, long-cycle sales processes, and complex negotiations

· Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (intermediate to advanced)

· Advanced English is required (daily communication with regional leadership and interview process will be conducted in English)
