IT&D LATAM Junior Manager

This position will be hired under UCM and allocated to work directly with one of our clients, a multinational company in the consumer goods industry.

About the Role

As the IT&D Junior Manager, LATAM, you will play a critical role in connecting technology and business across the LATAM region. This is a unique opportunity to build and shape a new IT&D function from the ground up, driving innovation, scalability, and value creation in alignment with the company’s business strategy.

This role is ideal for a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys challenges, and is highly action- and results-oriented. You will work closely with Global, Area, and local commercial teams to lead and activate strategic IT&D initiatives across LATAM.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide application support for local systems within your functional scope.
• Act as a key liaison between local users and the broader IT support organization for non-local applications.
• Plan, manage, and execute regional and country-level IT&D projects across LATAM.
• Identify, evaluate, prioritize, and deliver value-added initiatives aligned with business strategy.
• Develop and deliver training and continuous improvement programs to ensure system adoption and process compliance.
• Translate business needs into clear technical and non-technical requirements.
• Define application changes and develop cost-benefit analyses.
• Provide direction to developers and project teams throughout solution design and delivery.
• Lead requirements gathering using investigative techniques such as interviews, workshops, observations, and data analysis.
• Analyze and document current-state processes, data, and reporting, proposing improvements and driving regional consistency.
• Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, targets, success criteria, and benefits realization metrics.
• Champion data governance, compliance, and process standardization initiatives.
• Lead country- and region-specific projects, ensuring alignment of scope, vision, and outcomes.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in IT&D operations and project environments.
• Experience supporting ERP systems (preferred).
• Solid understanding of business processes and commercial acumen.
• Proven experience in requirements analysis and solution design.
• Hands-on experience with software and hardware implementation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
• Agile, proactive, and results-driven approach.

Work Model & Contract

• Hybrid work model: 2 days per week onsite
• Office location: JK Iguatemi region – São Paulo, Brazil
• Employment type: Permanent (open-ended contract)
