Conhecimentos Técnicos Requeridos

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements for transportation and logistics processes.
• Design, configure, and deploy SAP TM solutions (Basic & Advanced Shipping, Planning, Freight Settlement, etc.).
• Integrate SAP TM with other SAP modules (SD, MM, EWM, GTS) and third-party systems.
• Participate in the full project lifecycle, including blueprinting, testing, go-live, and support.
• Customize freight order management, carrier selection, route optimization, and freight costing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align TM functionalities with end-to-end supply chain needs.
• Provide training, documentation, and post-go-live support to users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to SAP TM.
• Stay updated on new SAP TM features, innovations (e.g., TM on S/4HANA), and best practices

Conhecimentos Técnicos Desejáveis

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–7+ years of experience with SAP TM (preferably in version 9.x or S/4HANA embedded TM).
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end logistics and transportation processes (planning, execution, monitoring, freight settlement).
• Hands-on experience in configuring SAP TM components:
• Transportation Planning (manual and automated)
• Freight Orders, Freight Units
• Carrier selection and tendering
• Charges and settlement
• Transportation Cockpit
• Understanding of integration with SAP ECC/S4 (SD, MM, EWM, GTS) and non-SAP systems.
• Familiarity with PI/PO or CPI for integration scenarios.
• Experience in global template design and rollouts is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good in communication English skills - Fluent in English
• Manage meetings, conference bridges
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have:

• SAP TM certification.
• Experience with Fiori apps and TM on S/4HANA.
• Exposure to SAP Event Management (EM) or SAP Logistics Business Network (LBN).
• Previous experience in the Retail, Automotive, FMCG, or Manufacturing industry.
