Conhecimentos Técnicos Requeridos

• Manage all User Stories for the track, ensure all data elements are populated, and US is assigned to correct individuals’ group, help remove roadblock and escalate items appropriately.

• Manage overall ADO board for quality, utilize reporting tool to ensure quality and take steps to close items with priority.

• Manage RAID items, keep current and do not let items fall behind.

• Run the daily standup calls, track the status updates, and assign key dates for each work item.

• Manage interdependencies across tracks within Deloitte team to ensure alignment and engagement.

• Work items with priority and urgency as we have defined timelines and expectations.

• Clear and concise communication internally (Del) and across the track is required for visibility and alignment.

• Recurring dependency meetings & tracking

• User Story grooming and updates

• Agile ceremonies including (Stand ups, Sprint planning ,Show and Tell & Retrospective)

• Include the interaction with the Process Advisors for taking the business direction.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot complex issues

• Good in communication English skills

• Manage meetings, conference bridges

Conhecimentos Técnicos Desejáveis

• Experience in project as Scrum Master
