Games Designer and Mathematician

Are you an innovative games designer with experience in the analytical field? A pioneer of strategy and creativity? 

We are looking for a highly talented games designer with key mathematical capability to work alongside our client’s development team. You will strategise models for their global online games, and design and develop cutting edge entertainment. You must be creative, with a finite understanding of predetermined human behavioural characteristics in game casinos and experience in iGaming industries. You must be a logical thinker, with the ability to work
in high pressure environments and take lead when necessary. 

The person specification, responsibilities and requirements of this role are as follows; 

Person Specification:

● Be an expert in slot machine game mathematical design; have a proven track record of executing success in the market
● Be a creative developer; the ability to conceptualise and apply updated mechanics is key
● Have a strong understanding of human psychology and patterns in games casinos
● Have a high familiarity with abstract and generalised gaming features
● Have experience of program simulation in a variety of software e.g. java, C#,C++ etc.
● Be a motivated and enthusiastic team leader; able to support teams through the game certification process
● Demonstrate strong expertise in Combinatorics, Probability Theory and Statistics
● Have outstanding verbal and written communication skills
● Be aware of industry trends, procedures and limitations
● Have a passion for the gaming, slot and casino industries
● Have a strong understanding of the industries regulatory and compliance frameworks. 

Responsibilities:

● Develop and authenticate mathematical models that exhibit predetermined behavioural characteristics, demonstrate probabilities and identify limitations
● Code, test and debug simulations to supplement theoretical calculation and verify accuracy
● Identify new opportunities and features for games; collaborate with creative colleagues to apply software development changes
● Review implementation features to ensure that modelling is consistent, and make adjustments where necessary
● Analyse performance data and industry trends to identify future game opportunities
● Provide regular insights about customer behaviour
● Work with the wider developmental team to position CSGORoll as an industry trailblazer. 

Requirements:

● Proficient in mathematical constraint modelling (https://www.minizinc.org/example)
● Some experience in the industry

– Automatic box odds probability calculator
– Dice multiplier game odds
– Viable case slots game
