Bartender/Mixologist

Bartender / Mixologist needed for a restaurant in Malta, Europe

We are looking for a professional Mixologist to join our client’s front of house team…someone with excellent cocktail experience who can assist the bar staff in the restaurant. The Mixologist will we responsible to mix high-quality beverages, and provide prompt & consistent quality service to guests, will be open and friendly with guests and team members, adhere to all health and safety regulations, and will be knowledgeable about the venue and surroundings. 

Duties & Responsibilities:
▪︎ Design New Beverage Menu Items
▪︎ Crafting original beverage menu & design new, innovative cocktails
▪︎ Keep the bar area clean and organized
▪︎ Maintain Alcohol Inventory
▪︎ Keeping the bar well stocked and fully supplied
▪︎ Must adhere to all local laws & regulations regarding serving of alcohol
▪︎ Make Drink Suggestions – cocktails and mixed drinks to customers
▪︎ Prepare Garnishes

▪︎ 40+ hour work weeks
▪︎ Competitive, fixed EU salary (depends on level & experience)
